This orphanage for orphans, the poor and the underprivileged is in dire need of assistance in building dormitories and classrooms. Currently the development process is in progress.
BAITUL QOWWAM Orphanage is an orphanage for orphans and poor people located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This orphanage is located between villages. This orphanage accommodates many orphans and underprivileged children. This orphanage currently accommodates 57 children in the orphanage. Separated in two places between boys and girls. They come from various provinces on the island of Java, Indonesia. They are fully funded, from the cost of daily living to all the costs of school education.
The main problem faced by the Baitul Qowwam Orphanage is the lack of facilities. Place to sleep, kitchen, bathroom and also place to study. Everything is still very minimal.
In addition, the capacity of the existing dormitories is also very minimal, financial conditions are also very minimal, so they cannot accommodate and help more children who are less fortunate. So sadly enough, many children wished to enter but were unfortunately not accepted.
However, the Baitul Qowwam Orphanage still strives to provide the best possible education, so as to be able to deliver these less fortunate children, to have the opportunity to study in higher education with full scholarships. This is of course because they have the ability to compete.
Since its establishment in 2010, foster children who have graduated from high school, 27 boys and girls have received scholarships to study at universities, spread out from public and private universities, some of which are prestigious universities. They take areas of expertise:

- Remote Sensing
- Mechatronic Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Management Economics
- Sharia Economics
- History
- Education
- and some other areas of concern.
Currently the Orphanage is building better dormitory facilities and places to study. On a land area of approximately 1,700 m2.Total budget needed is US$ 93.000. (ninety three thousand dollars) Land had to be purchased and construction had to be done at minimal cost. For this reason, it is highly expected that there will be assistance from various groups who are sympathetic to this project.
